Lynette Silver (Historian)  - Lynette Silver is an investigative historian who has carried out detailed investigations and analyses of the Parit Sulong massacre and the Sandakan Death Marches and has written books on both events. She has also written a brief account  of the Parit Sulong battle and massacre, the establishment of a memorial and searches conducted to locate the victims' remains.
